صُمم نماء لمساعدتك على إدارة أموالك الشخصية مع الحفاظ على خصوصية سجلاتك. يعالج التطبيق المعلومات التي تدخلها لتقديم التخطيط المالي والتصنيف والتقارير والتذكيرات، من دون إعلانات أو تتبّع عبر التطبيقات.
لا يحتاج نماء إلى إنشاء حساب، ولا يبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
المعلومات والتخزين
المعلومات التي يستخدمها نماء
قد يعالج نماء البيانات التي تدخلها، ومنها الاسم والراتب وأرصدة الحسابات وبيانات الحساب وIBAN والعمليات والالتزامات والأهداف والميزانيات وأسماء المتاجر والتصنيفات المخصصة والتفضيلات. تُستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط لتشغيل الميزات التي تطلبها داخل التطبيق.
التخزين وiCloud
تُحفظ سجلاتك المالية على جهازك. وعند تفعيل مزامنة iCloud، قد تتزامن السجلات والإعدادات المؤهلة عبر مساحة iCloud وCloudKit الخاصة بك تحت حساب Apple. وتعالج Apple بيانات iCloud وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
التتبع والإعلانات
- لا يحتوي نماء على إعلانات من جهات خارجية.
- لا يستخدم التتبع عبر التطبيقات أو حزمة تحليلات خارجية.
- لا يبيع نماء البيانات الشخصية.
رسائل البنوك والإدخال الصوتي
أتمتة رسائل البنوك
لا يصل نماء إلى قاعدة بيانات الرسائل. يعمل التسجيل فقط عندما تنشئ أتمتة في تطبيق الاختصارات من Apple وتختار تمرير رسالة إلى نماء. يعالج التطبيق نص الرسالة لإنشاء مسودة عملية وربطها بالحساب المناسب متى أمكن.
الإدخال الصوتي
يستخدم الإدخال الصوتي الميكروفون وخدمات Speech من Apple بعد منح الإذن فقط. لا يحتفظ نماء بالتسجيل الصوتي. وقد تعالج Apple الكلام وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها عندما لا تتوفر المعالجة على الجهاز.
المعالجة السحابية الاختيارية للنص
إذا توفرت خدمة نماء الاختيارية لفهم النص سحابياً، يطلب نماء موافقتك قبل إرسال النص المتعرّف عليه. لا يُرسل التسجيل الصوتي إلى هذه الخدمة، ويمكنك الرفض والاستمرار باستخدام المحلل الموجود على الجهاز.
التنبيهات
تُجدول تنبيهات الراتب والدفعات والتذكيرات محلياً على جهازك بعد موافقتك.
المشاركة والتحكم والحذف
المشاركة
لا يشارك نماء معلوماتك إلا عندما تبدأ أنت عملية مشاركة عبر النظام، مثل مشاركة بيانات الحساب أو IBAN أو تصدير تقرير PDF. أنت تختار وجهة المشاركة وعليك التأكد من المستلم.
حذف البيانات
- استخدم الإعدادات ← امسح كل البيانات لإزالة سجلات نماء المحلية وتفضيلاته.
- يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة حاويته المحلية.
- يمكن إدارة سجلات iCloud المتزامنة من إعدادات iCloud في حساب Apple.
- قد تحتفظ Apple بسجل المشتريات وفق سياساتها.
خصوصية الأطفال
نماء غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا يستخدم بياناتهم لإنشاء ملفات تعريف أو إعلانات.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عندما تتغير ميزات نماء أو متطلبات الخدمة. سيظهر تاريخ السريان الأحدث في أعلى الصفحة.
اشتراك نماء+
- اشتراك متجدد تلقائياً بخطتين: شهري ٩٫٩٩ ر.س أو سنوي ٤٩٫٩٩ ر.س. قد يختلف السعر حسب منطقة حساب Apple.
- تتوفر تجربة مجانية لمدة ٧ أيام للمشتركين المؤهلين الجدد.
- يُحمّل المبلغ على حساب Apple عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يُحمّل مبلغ التجديد خلال ٢٤ ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يمكن إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حساب Apple.
- تتوفر «استعادة المشتريات» داخل التطبيق.
تعالج Apple معلومات الدفع وسجل المشتريات وفق سياساتها. يستلم نماء حالة استحقاق الاشتراك، ولا يستلم بيانات بطاقة الدفع كاملة.
الدعم والتواصل
لأسئلة الخصوصية أو المساعدة في استخدام نماء، اكتب لنا مع ذكر إصدار التطبيق وإصدار iOS. لا ترسل رسائل بنكية كاملة أو أرقام حسابات أو IBAN عبر البريد.
Overview
Namaa is designed to help you manage personal finances while keeping your records private. The app processes the information you enter to provide financial planning, classification, reporting, and reminder features without advertising or cross-app tracking.
Namaa requires no account and does not sell personal data.
Information and storage
Information used by Namaa
Namaa may process the details you enter, including your name, salary, account balances, account and IBAN details, transactions, commitments, goals, budgets, merchant labels, custom categories, and preferences. This information is used only to provide the features you request in the app.
Storage and iCloud
Your financial records are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, eligible records and settings may also sync through your private Apple iCloud and CloudKit storage under your Apple Account. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy policy.
Tracking and advertising
- Namaa contains no third-party advertising.
- Namaa uses no cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDK.
- Namaa does not sell personal data.
Bank messages and voice entry
Bank-message automation
Namaa does not access the Messages database. Logging works only when you create an Apple Shortcuts automation and choose to pass a message to Namaa. The app processes that text to create a transaction draft and associate it with an account when possible.
Voice entry
Voice entry uses Apple's microphone and Speech services only after you grant permission. Namaa does not retain the audio recording. Apple may process speech under its privacy terms when on-device recognition is unavailable.
Optional cloud text processing
If an optional Namaa cloud text-understanding service is available, Namaa asks for your consent before sending recognized text. Audio is not sent to that service, and you can decline and continue using the on-device parser.
Notifications
Payday, payment, and reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device after you grant permission.
Sharing, control, and deletion
Sharing
Namaa shares information only when you initiate a system share action, such as sharing account or IBAN details or exporting a PDF report. You choose the destination and are responsible for confirming the recipient.
Deleting data
- Use Settings → Erase all data to remove local Namaa records and preferences.
- Deleting the app removes its local container.
- Synced iCloud records can be managed through your Apple Account's iCloud settings.
- Apple may retain purchase history under its own policies.
Children's privacy
Namaa is not directed at children and does not use children's information for profiles or advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Namaa's features or service requirements change. The latest effective date will appear at the top of this page.
Namaa+ subscription
- Auto-renewable subscription offered as Monthly — SAR 9.99 or Annual — SAR 49.99. Pricing may vary by Apple Account region.
- A 7-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings.
- Restore Purchases is available inside the app.
Apple processes payment and purchase-history information under its policies. Namaa receives subscription entitlement status but does not receive your full payment-card details.
